How to make pot-au-feu   Pot-au-feu is French cuisine. Pot-au-feu means a pot heated in French, and a kind of home cooking in France. In Japan, it is made by putting large pieces of vegetables and sausages in a pot and simmering them in consommé soup. In France, it is also made with vegetables and slowly simmered in a pot, however the meat differs greatly in that whole chunks of beef are used. When it gets cold, my mother makes it for me every year. The pot-au-feu my mother makes includes not only vegetables and sausages but also meat, and sometimes cabbage rolls. I'm able to get nutrition by eating it because it contains a lot of ingredients such as vegetables and meat. When I was a child, I sometimes watched my mother make it next to her.  I danced at circle show case. I blong to HIPHOP team of UNP's dance circle. At first, I was so nerves about wether I would be able to dance without failing. However, we practiced a lot for the show case, so I remembered some points of dancing and my team members encouraged each other. I could enjoy dancing. I thought that it was the best dance. After that I shared my joy with my friends and seniors. My friends who don't belong to the dance circle came to cheer for me. They praised me, so I was so happy. After the show case, I went to eat dinner with my circle's friends. It was the second time I went to ramen restaurant with them.We went to the same ramen restaurant. I thought that the ramen ate after practicing hard and dancing perfectly was more delicious than the ramen I had eaten before.

 This week don't have special things. I spend the same week as usual. I went to the school cafeteria for the first time in a while. I went there as soon as the cafeteria opened. I could choose the dishes slowly because there weren't many customer. After that I bought water. The ravel was so cute. My melody and Kuromi were drawn. I love sanrio caracters, so I decided to buy it quickly. Speaking of sanrio, I have a My Merody object on the TV stand. I got it by playing capsule toy. It is also cute because she looks down a little and her head is a little big.

 Happy New Year everyone!! I went back to my hometown, Toyama. I met old high school friends on December 31th. We went to the shopping mall, and ate lunch and played game at the game center. We played mario cart. It was so enjoyable. I felt like I was driving. Moreover, we played the game of fishing. The game was for children, so it was so easy for us. However, it was so interesting.  I ate shabu-shabu of crab for dinner with my family on January 1st. It was so delicious. The crab was soft, and the taste was so nice. The next day, we ate sukiyaki for dinner. It was also delicious. Sorry, I forgot to take pictures of these dishes because I wanted to eat them right away. When the earthquake accur, I was watching TV with my family. After that, I run to under the desk. My house was shaking for minutes. I was scary because I haven't experienced the big earthquake and Toyama is a prefecture next to Ishikawa where was epicenter. The aftershocks are continuing now, so I want to be careful.

I went to see the illuminations with my friends. I went to ikutopia. The place were illminated. The illuminations were so beautiful. The day was so cold, however I was satisfied with the beautiful lights. We were able to see them while listening to classic music. The illuminations lighted up in time with the music. That was so interesting for me. After seeing the illuminations, we went to eat yakiniku. It's been a while I've eaten yakiniku, so I was looking forward to going there. We ate a lot of and talked for a long time. I had a great time. I was full, however I bought dessert on my way home. I can't believe the size of my stomach.

 I went to Bandai on Wednesday with my friends because the christmas market was hold. I wanted to go there because I heard that some classmates went there and thought it looked exciting. There were big christmas tree. It was so beautiful. Many people took the pictures in front of the tree. In addition, there were a lot of markets, and many things were sold, for example meat, sweets, and general goods. We ate sausage and hot chocolate drink. The day was so cold, however I could be warm myself when I drank the hot drink. We also ate s'more pizza. It had chocolate, marshmallow, and cookie. It was so sweet and the texture was flaky and fluffy. It was so delicious. It became my favorite sweet. I want to eat chicken and cake for christmas because I eat them with my family every christmas. I always eat christmas dinner too much, so when I was young, I always had diarrhea. Be careful to eat too much!!
