 Happy New Year everyone!!

I went back to my hometown, Toyama.

I met old high school friends on December 31th. We went to the shopping mall, and ate lunch and played game at the game center. We played mario cart. It was so enjoyable. I felt like I was driving. Moreover, we played the game of fishing. The game was for children, so it was so easy for us. However, it was so interesting. 





I ate shabu-shabu of crab for dinner with my family on January 1st. It was so delicious. The crab was soft, and the taste was so nice. The next day, we ate sukiyaki for dinner. It was also delicious. Sorry, I forgot to take pictures of these dishes because I wanted to eat them right away.


When the earthquake accur, I was watching TV with my family. After that, I run to under the desk. My house was shaking for minutes. I was scary because I haven't experienced the big earthquake and Toyama is a prefecture next to Ishikawa where was epicenter. The aftershocks are continuing now, so I want to be careful.

    The game looks very fun, but I don't go to game center very often. If I have a chance to go there, I would like to try it!

    Your dinner is so luxurious! Very nice! I heard on the news that Toyama was more shaken than Niigata. I'm glad you're safe.

Hello, my name is Nao Matsushima. I'm from Toyama.  I like sweet food so much that I eat sweets every day. Recently I went to Starbucks with my friends and ate a chocolate latte and a donut.  Hello, my name is Nao Mtsushima. I'm going to introduce what I ate recently. I ate "Chiikaman". It is the bun with meat sauce and cheese. There is a picture of Chiikawa on the package, and this Chiikaman also appears Chiikawa's story. When I warmed up this in the microwave, the cheese spread and was delicious. I was recently recommended Chiikawa's story by my old sister and friends and read it. The story is so interesting for me. There is a story that makes me think, so I recommend you to read Chiikawa's story!! Chiikaman I cooked curry and rice on Tsuseday because I decided to expand my cooking repertory, recently. I cooked it for the first time since I started living alone. It was a little delicious because the vegetables were a little hard. I regret that I should have boiled the vegetables longer. If I cook it next time, I want to do my best! curry Nowadays, I feel cold. In September it was still hot like summer, however in October it suddenly become cold.

Flower

I'm going to talk about the flower near my house. Recently, I often see the flowers on the my way home. I don't know the name of them, however they resemble cosmos. They are so beautiful. The color is pink and white, and so cute. In Japan, when we write cosmos in kanji, they are written in kanji that means autumn cherry blossoms. Therefore, I understood that cosmos is autumn flower when I was young. There is the cosmos field in my hometown. The place is called "Yumenotaira" and has a lot of cosmos. They are so beautiful. I recommend to go there!!
