Kinpira renkon

I cooked kinpira renkon. In English, it means sauteed lotus root. I'm going to talk about recipe of kinpirarenkon.

Ingredients

  • lotus root                         50g
  • half a carrot

(A)
  • soy sauce                         1 table spoon
  • sweet sake (mirin)           1 table spoon
  • suger                                1 tea spoon

  • oil                                     1 table spoon


How to cook
  1. cut the carrot into thin stript and cut lotus root into thin and quarter-rounds.

  2. oil in a frying pan and heat it over on medium heat.
  3. heat the carrot and the lotus root that cut over on medium heat until they are soft.

  4. add (A) and sitr-fry over medium heat.

Kinpira lotus root is completed!!


It was so delicious. It is better to change amount of soy sauce and suger. I like Japanese foods and want to know some recipes of them. I recommend to eat Japanese foods because they are healthy.
