Kinpira renkon
I cooked kinpira renkon. In English, it means sauteed lotus root. I'm going to talk about recipe of kinpirarenkon.
Ingredients
- lotus root 50g
- half a carrot
- soy sauce 1 table spoon
- sweet sake (mirin) 1 table spoon
- suger 1 tea spoon
- oil 1 table spoon
How to cook
- cut the carrot into thin stript and cut lotus root into thin and quarter-rounds.
- oil in a frying pan and heat it over on medium heat.
- heat the carrot and the lotus root that cut over on medium heat until they are soft.
- add (A) and sitr-fry over medium heat.
Kinpira lotus root is completed!!
It was so delicious. It is better to change amount of soy sauce and suger. I like Japanese foods and want to know some recipes of them. I recommend to eat Japanese foods because they are healthy.
